In December 2023, Shop Operator Namibia was launched as part of Golden Pheasant Investments PTY Ltd, creating a solid foundation for growth in Namibia and beyond. Setting up this cross-continental operation came with the challenge of navigating new regulations and cultural nuances, but our commitment never wavered.

Through careful selection, we built a dedicated Namibian team who quickly demonstrated that our concept was viable. Their early successes bridged the skill gap between Namibia and Germany, giving us the confidence to expand and refine operations.
