We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent for a German client. This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for customer orders, inquiries, and complaints.

Key Requirements
- Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to operate modern communication tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms and other modern software tools.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and manage tasks efficiently.

- Previous experience working with German clients.
- Interest in health-oriented supplements and teas.
